The diet I follow :

Breakfast
20 almonds, 18 cashews, 14 walnut halves, 1 table spoon honey and collagen peptides mixed with almond milk.
Plus, 35 pistachios, 1 handful of raisins, 2 dates and vitamin d3 gummies 1000IU (Nordic)

Lunch:
2 bananas, 1 apple, protein bar, 1 handful of blueberries, 4 blackberries, 1 slice watermelon/pineapple (alternating), half a beet, Oikos yogurt, 2 pieces of 85/90% dark chocolate and Nutraherbals Ashwagandha - with small breaks in between throughout the afternoon.

Dinner:
1 sliced tomato, cucumber and avocado, plus 1 cup spinach added to cooked moong/chickpeas (alternating) seasoned with salt, lemon and black pepper.
1 cup pomegranate juice.
